If you have been reading our blog for any length of time you may have read the blog about Duane Moore. If you have not well let me tell you a little about Duane. Duane is a woodworker fighting cancer, we first heard about Duane when Marc Spagnuolo - a.k.a the Wood Whisperer asked us to get involved with his Woodworkers Fighting Cancer campaign. Duane has been raising money for cancer research since he was diagnosed and with your help he has been able to raise thousands of dollars for cancer research. This is something many of us really rallied behind and are hopeful that one day this disease will be beaten.
Now Duane is working on helping himself and you can help. You can find more about Duane's fight to have one last dream realized. "My dream is to take what may be my last summer alive off, and spend it with my family building memories and enjoying each other."
ForeverFighting.com is a site that Duane set up to hopefully allow this to happen, it also tells his story. There are also many links that can help you learn more about the disease that Duane and probably someone you know is battling.
